Refund & Cancellation Policy

01What we sell

Chrisolution Enterprise (Pty) Ltd provides professional business compliance and registration services, including company, NPC, NPO and co-operative registration, CIPC filings, SARS registrations and returns, B-BBEE affidavits, CSD, CIDB, UIF, COIDA and POPIA registrations. All services are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

02Cancelling before we start

You may cancel your order at any time before we lodge your application with CIPC, SARS or any other authority. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less any consultation booking fee.

03After your application has been lodged

Once we have lodged your application, government and authority fees (for example CIPC filing fees) that form part of your service price have already been paid by us to the authority and cannot be recovered or refunded.

04Rejected applications

• If an application is rejected because of an error on our side, we will correct and resubmit it at no extra cost.
• If an application is rejected because of incorrect or missing information supplied by the client, we will help you resubmit once the correct information is provided. Any new government fees will be charged at cost.
• If we are unable to complete a service, the unused portion of your fee will be refunded.

05Consultation booking fees

Booking fees secure your consultation slot. They are non-refundable if you do not attend the appointment. If you give at least 24 hours' notice, we will reschedule your consultation at no extra charge.

06How to request a refund

Email us with your name, the service ordered, your quotation or invoice number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
