Policy
Terms & Conditions
Effective: 28 October 2026
01About us
These terms apply to all services provided by Chrisolution Enterprise (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2019/274307/07), "we", "us" or "our", to any person or organisation that requests a service from us, "you" or "the client". By submitting a service request, accepting a quotation or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
02Independent consultant
We are an independent business compliance consultant. We are a private company and are not affiliated with, appointed by or acting for the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), the South African Revenue Service (SARS), the Department of Social Development, the B-BBEE Commission or any other government body.
With your written authority, we prepare and lodge applications and filings for you as your agent, using our own accounts on the relevant government platforms. Decisions to approve or reject an application are made solely by the relevant authority.
03Our services
We provide professional business compliance and registration services, including:
- Registration of private companies, NPCs, NPOs and co-operatives
- CIPC filings: annual returns, director and company amendments, name changes, reinstatements, beneficial ownership and share certificates
- SARS registrations, tax clearance, PAYE, tax returns and public officer appointments
- B-BBEE affidavits, CSD, CIDB, UIF, COIDA and POPIA registrations
- Business plans, company profiles, funding applications and related support
All services are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
04Quotations and prices
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
- Our prices are fixed service fees for our professional services. Where a quotation states that it includes a government filing fee, that fee forms part of our service price and we pay it to the authority from our own account when we lodge your application.
- Where a government fee is not included (for example the CIPC annual return fee, which depends on your turnover), we confirm it in your quotation or invoice before we start.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days.
05Payment
- All payments are made to Chrisolution Enterprise (Pty) Ltd, for services provided by our business. We do not accept payments on behalf of CIPC, SARS or any other third party.
- You can pay by EFT into our business bank account, or online by card or instant EFT through our payment provider, Payfast.
- Payment is due in full before we lodge your application, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Consultation booking fees secure your appointment and are payable when you book.
06Your responsibilities
- You must give us complete, accurate and truthful information, and valid supporting documents (for example certified ID copies not older than 3 months).
- You confirm that you are authorised to act for the company or organisation concerned, and that every person named in an application has agreed to it.
- Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or missing information are your responsibility.
07Turnaround times
Most services are completed within 2 to 3 working days after we receive payment and all required documents. These times are estimates only. Processing times at CIPC, SARS and other authorities are outside our control.
08Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you a cooling-off period, it does not apply to services we have already started at your request.
09Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions, delays or system outages at any government authority, or for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
10Privacy
We process your personal information only to deliver the services you request, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We are registered with the Information Regulator. We share your information only with the authorities needed to complete your application, or where the law requires it.
11Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page on the date you request a service applies to that service.
